My wife and I visited this location on July 3rd. There were barely any other customers there, yet it still took almost an hour for us to get our food. The meal was just okay — nothing worth waiting that long for. Our total came to $39 and some change, and we even left $20 in cash as a tip, because we always try to support staff when we go out. Wish I could give 0 stars. This place has gone downhill. Stood waiting to be seated for 25 minutes. Not one person would even let us know they would be with us. 4 different workers looked at us and would not come over. While standing there waiting, a few tables had to get up and flag down workers, who were all in the back. They can not say its because they were short staffed. The service sucks and the management there is dishonest. They have absolutely no time for customers or whoever calls with an issue. The new castle location is friendlier and more generous . Not sure why this particular location is managed the way it is.
Service was good, food was good and the area was right.
