While at this restaurant we observed a host correcting another employee by talking down to him and yelling across the room. Embarrassed for the young man. Food was very good and our waitress, Kelly G. was excellent. Attentive and on top of things.
Applebees Morse road has roaches gross
I usually love the food here but something must have gone wrong in the kitchen. My shrimp and sirloin Parmesan was rare instead of med well. My companion's blackened salmon was overcooked and dry. We both requested sauces which arrived straight from the refrigerator causing our entrees to be too cold to eat. Something was also off with my garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Finally, our server started sweeping the floor right behind our booth before we were done eating. I'll probably pick somewhere else next time.
wonderful experience
This has happened twice this far in February and once in January always out of something first it was lettuce and last few times ranch dressing for our boneless wings ..I mean come on a place that’s been there for over 15 yrs how to you run out of ranch dressing..finally said something to the manager Jacee and she told us to come back when the GM ..and then went to the bar and had shots with her friends ..so we came in when she told us and the GM had left early for the day ..need to bring back that short blonde manager back ... read more
The worst ever. Waitress was not around, waited forever for drinks, they tasted so bad could not drink them. Was charged for items i never got. Food was abysmal, part of the grill in my burger. Food poisoned today.
I wrote a review and the restaurant seem like it was concerned that my order was burnt and also that's it took a long time to get my food and it was not right ,,but it must have went on deaf ears because no one ever did reach out and call me . Kind of disappointed in this action.. when you spend this kind of money to go to this kind of restaurant you expect a higher standard then one of the fast food chainsaw.. I don't like leaving these kind of reviews but I don't like to be ignored either
Sat at the bar for several minutes before being greeted by anyone for the first time. Despite being fully staffed ( I observed five servers, one manager and one bartender) and visiting at slow time of day (2-3p), I was ignored for nearly my entire visit. This is very unusual for this franchise, i won't stop going to Applebees, I'll just stop going to this one!
