Outstanding pm bartender & waitstaff on weeknites
We visited the Novi location and came away extremely disappointed in the service and the food. We also noticed several tables of customers come in and leave after waiting for a server to take their orders. Not a positive experience on our part overall. Our last experience at this location was a year ago and it was sub par, we wanted to give it a second chance.
Excellent staff and food thanks
Have not been an Applebee's grill and bar for a while. Definitely it had improved. Price is also about right. We try the salmon and steak. It tastes better than a similar chain restaurant. However, the mash potatoes has room for improvement, otherwise it will have a higher rating.
