This is the worse applebees I ve veen to. Not just a single visit but we try it out every few months to see if services gets any better and it continues to disappoint.
We waited for over 30 minutes and never got anything. We ordered drinks and food and NOTHING ever came to us. Everyone else that arrived after us got their drinks and food but NOT us! Very disappointed in the service. Phoned the place after we left and Mel the shift supervisor said that he was going to speak to the staff about service and inform the general manager. I am still waiting for a call from the general manager.
The bartender was dry as a desert bone! No personality whatsoever. The steak was good!!!
The server Chris was great and made sure we were taken care of. Food was great so whoever was cooking Saturday lunchtime did a great job. Atmosphere was clean and friendly. I believe they are making some great changes in order for better experiences and great food.
