Garrit was an excellent server. He was attentive, kind and efficient. Regina was very welcoming and came over as soon as we had a question! This business is well run & we will be back!

I recently dined at Applebee’s and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, there was no hostess and no staff in sight. We were the only ones waiting, and the restaurant did not appear busy—there were only a couple of families, a half-full bar, and one large party. After waiting 10 minutes, we were finally seated, which should have been our first warning sign. It took a long time before our server, Julianna, came to our table. Poorly run Applebee's. Came in after walking in St.Augustine for a few hours. Came for drinks and some food, off the bat ordered a basic Bahama mama and they were "out of alcohol" for that specific drink. Okay, no problem. Then we try and order a whiskey bacon burger, sorry dont have that availsble either. So we ordered Nachos, onion rings, boneless wings, and mozzarella sticks.
