My family of 10 went to this location in glen carbon because of a power outage. We were told we couldnt sit in the normal open spot we sit as a family group and then went ignored for a overly extended time until we left because we were all hungry. This was the worst experience we have ever had here and im not sure it if is due to new management or what but it will be a while till we go back
Came in for lunch and was seated right away. Everything looked clean waitresses were right there to take drink orders and brought us menus. We ordered the 2 for 25. 1 appetizer and two entrees. Food was delicious,hot and out very fast. Service was excellent,would definitely eat here again
Went yesterday before the Guns N Roses Concert. Ordered the O-M-Cheese Burger that is nothing like the commercial. Had 2 cheeses on it that had no flavor what so ever and Queso has a flavor and so does cheddar but not in this food. seemed watered down. Burger was well done along with everything else that was cooked. Waitress seemed to not care. Wanted to send the food back and redo it. Service was good and we all enjoyed our food
I tried the new lemon chicken dish and the chicken was extremely dry there was no sauce on it at all the broccoli on the side head way too much lemon on it. The restaurant is really showing its age and does not seem very clean. Our waitress was friendly but just doing her job. We doubt we will ever go back to Applebee's. One other thing I will point out is that most of these staff spent a lot of time talking to each other and talking to their friends at tables. Applebee's takes their business serious anymore.
