The host lily had such a warm welcoming smile and she was so kind and helpful!! My server Ellie was also incredible!
I visited Applebee’s in Edwardsville/Glen Carbon, Illinois, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. My meal was going well until a party was seated behind us and lowered the window shade completely, which blocked the natural light at our table. I politely asked if the shade could be kept halfway down instead of all the way. We went to this location on 03/03/2026. We had a club house grill with fries, And a quesadilla burger with fries. The quesadilla burger and fries were so salty that I couldn't eat it. I managed to force down some of the burger because I was starving. But had to quit. So I tried the fries, wow! The same for both orders of fries, extremely salty just lime the burger. Went to this location this evening. I noticed that the two for 25 +9 said 43 I told the server that’s not correct it should be +9 not plus 18 she gets the manager who proceeds to tell me it’s an 18 up charge. The menus says +9
