Short staffed and wouldn’t let me sit at bar for ordering or takeout. I would have ordered a drink while I waited. Wouldn’t put tables together for a family of six. Hostess/teenager is sitting in the waiting area and using her phone. She could be wrapping silverware nearby since other review spoke of no clean flatware. Out of waffle fries so I ordered double mashed potatoes. And instead of doing double garlic on one order, she put the double loaded and charged me more than I expected. Food was terrible. Couldn’t bite though bread on the clubhouse grill. Appetizer and food came out the same time. Waitress was seen when order was placed and the to bring check. Walked from truck stop and that was the best part. DQ or Wendy’s will be next time.
I shared an experience I had at this Applebee's a few months ago and the owner said he will send a gift card for the mistakes his workers did. The gift card never arrived. He must figure we were from out of town and we will never be back so he lied to us. the gift card is not the problem it is this management . too many other bad reviews buyer beware
