Been standing for over 10 minutes and still haven't been served and the place isn't even busy. Finally got seated order drinks bought out wrong drinks and expected us to be happy with what they served us which is not what we ordered. I will not be coming back to this location. Also we have five people and they stuck us in a four man Booth, took over 45 minutes just to get our appetizer we are still waiting for our food and yet they only brought up two appetizer when we ordered three. Ordered to go. The bourbon chicken & shrimp with mash d potatoes and asked for them loaded. My fault that I didn't notice I had as over charged until after I paid & requested a refund, sour cream that I had paid for and plasticware. The manager seemed accommodating until she brought my card back. She said she refunded my meal and charged my card again and that the old charge would be refunded in a couple of days. I literally just had a bad experience with a pickup order less than a month ago. This use to be my favorite location, but has gone downhill fast! My family experienced terrible service last night. I am baffled by the terrible service. The managers to the waiters are deplorable and rude. I had been trying to pay my bill for 15 minutes. The food was terrible! The service was terrible!
