Every time we try Applebee’s, it never works out. It seems like Applebee’s have been going downhill for a while when they do this all you can eat meal they take forever to bring out your meal and you’re sitting there for a long time. They weren’t busy at all, and it’s not just this location.

We recently visited the Applebee's on Soncy Road in Amarillo, Texas. When we pulled into the parking lot, we noticed there weren't many cars. We checked the reviews and saw there were quite a few negative ones, but we decided to give it a try because we usually enjoy eating at Applebee's. Our server, Madison, was also working the bar. I would give it zero stars if i could. We went today with a party of 6. We were there almost 2 hours. They never brought the food to one person in our group. We had to ask the person who brought the food where it was, our server and two others. Then we asked to see the manager who finally showed up, apologized, and comped the missing meal. We got the other persons food and left. I will not go back, and I will not bring my family back. Some of the food that actually arrived was cold and cooked wrong.
