I came in just after the usual lunch rush, which meant the place was nearly empty — a dining room with more staff than customers and somehow still the energy of a ship taking on water. There were four servers wandering the floor and a busboy doing his best impression of a bartender, which, to be fair, had a kind of community theater charm. First time I went in there it was an hour away because I only had one waitress this time we stood waiting to be seated for 10 minutes before we walked out and they were not that busy either time
Came in on 6/7 95 degrees outside almost the same or hotter inside. Ask the waiter can someone turn the ac on. He said I don’t think it works . People in the restaurant waving their menus to cool themselves. I know an electricity is an expense but are you that cheap to think saving a few hundred dollars in electricity to pad your bonus? Come on Applebees turn on the AC
Waiting a long time for my dinner, maybe 15 patrons here now. The restaurant is mostly empty at 7 PM.The music is extremely loud and hard rock. Not very appealing. Won't be back. Fans on ?? AC broken?The staff isn't working very hard... Bartender is okay.Probably the worst Applebee's I have ever been to. Don't bother coming here.Nor sure if this is corporate or franchise, but either way, it's terrible.
We arrived around 9:45 PM and there were only two servers working. One of them left, leaving just the bartender and one server to handle the entire restaurant. The server was running around nonstop trying to take care of everyone. We had to wait quite a while to be seated, but he did the best he could and got us seated as quickly as possible.
