I had such a great experience at Applebee’s recently and I’ve got to give a big shoutout to my server Ciera. From the minute she came to the table, she was super friendly, attentive, and just all-around awesome. She checked in often without hovering, kept my drink refilled without me asking, and made the whole meal feel easy and relaxed.I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine and WOW. It was great. Our waiter was very good and we enjoyed talking to him. Will go back again!
TRASH….. and not the servers fault. Ppl go out to eat to eat things they don’t cook or can’t cook at home. The chicken was air fryer quality, fries were cold, pasta was cold and claimed to be 4 cheese when I’m almost positive it was “0” cheese with again 3 air fryer quality chicken strips on top. The server was super awesome comped the meals when he seen 1 bite was taken from both plates! WILL NOT NE RETURNING- sadly Applebees has gone down hill or it could be location either way that’s a no for me!
