poor customer service. Took 40 minutes to be served our drinks & another 30-35 minutes for our appetizer�
45 min wait and over 13 tables available people done dining and leaving and still not sitting anyone new under staffed disorganized ridiculous
$1 margaritas sucked... if you want flavored water for a dollar than look no further... but DO NOT call that a margarita.... it’s an insult to us true margarita enthusiasts. Just in case you forgot how to make them here’s a simple recipe. 3/4 Fresh squeezed lime juice 1 oz Cointreau, triple sec or another orange liqueur 1 1⁄2 oz Blanco tequila Kosher salt (optional)

Understaffed, waited 20 minutes when there were a minimum of 12 open tables available. Food was not up to their normal standards and was not even hot. Waitress was very nice and apologized. The manager walked around and never engaged our table or others apologizing for the long delays....he acted as if this was normal and nothing was wrong.
I had a very good waiter. He was very attentive. But waiting on my food took almost 1/2 hour for wings? They probably had to catch the chickens in order to make my meal😤😤
I ordered takeout took over an hour and 3 attempts to get the order correct the poor girl behind the bar it was her 1st night they stuck her by herself and on a Saturday night you can tell she was frustrated she kept saying that she just wanted to cry the manager was too Busy playing grab a** in the back with a waitress giving her a birthday present . Not impressed
We both ordered the ribs...Over cooked and tasteless. Then, when the check arrived we noticed we were charged for the computer game thing on the table. Told the server and she said she would take care of it. When she brought my credit card and the receipt back, the fee for the computer game thing, I was still charged. The manager came over and wanted to see for himself the we didn't use the game thing. He could see it was broken. Never again at this location. Beware of hidden fees.
