Applebee’s food is gross and the staff didn’t care!! So if you want gross food with a wait staff that could care less this crap hole is for you

To be honest I have given them way too many chances... I have ordered from them online for pickup 20 times (literally) and they have gotten my order right 2 times!! Today my son didn't get his order, I ended up making him something at home bc its not even worth going back to hear their excuses, we also never received the drinks. Last time we went we didnt even get the right food.... my kids, who were the only reason we went back, said they dont want to order from there again....You all need to fix some things!!
Cold food & horrible service.
Great food, but the service was absolutely atrocious! Really terrible wait times for a server to get to us, and then 45 mins for food. Brutal.
