With a health rating of 82 how could I like it! Plus the health rating was hidden in the back. When we asked the hostess what it was she went and looked and didn't come back. The server had to tell us and that's when we left.
I normally wouldn't give a bad review but, this was probably the worst dining experience that we've ever had anywhere. Our server was very careless and unaccommodating with my husbands order when his only special request was to have no onion on his burger, my southwest steak salad came out and the steak wasn't even cooked rare it was completely raw � the server took my sons appetizer plate away before he was even done eating. Service was excellent. New steak and toppers was great.
We visit this restaurant at least twice a week. Always great food and customer service. We had one issue with a meal this week and let them know. Not only did they call me right away but they replaced our dinner costs and we got to choose anything we wanted. Even a couple desserts :). Great to know that chain restaurants do care. Managers care about the name they represent. Thank you very much �. See you next week.
Our group of 5 was very pleased with the service & our meals. The chicken tortilla soup & won ton chicken tacos were excellent. Our waitress did a terrific job. �
