I'm all about chances, but seriously how does a major chain restaurant run out of hamburger buns? I'd like to put blame mostly on kitchen for being ill-prepared, especially since the server seemed very new and should have been informed of their incompetence.... but she disappeared when we were literally her only table out of maybe 4 in the building being at all waited on. I went there this evening. They Were out of buns, broccoli, seasoned fries, and probably half the rest of the menu. We were One of maybe 6 tables in the whole building that had people at them. After server recognized our dissatisfaction with our Communist Russian burgers of sadness She then proceeded to hide in the kitchen So no refills or any further interaction till the manager Delivered our replacement chicken strips. Sent in an email about how badly run the ormond location was on Sunday and I get an email saying you would respond in 3-5 business days. What kind of response time is that? Do you think the situation has been handled? No. It hasn’t. Nobody has responded and yet I still go up there and there’s still a 45 minute wait to be seated with an empty restaurant along with a 45 minute wait on food. No wonder Steak ‘n Shake next door is always pumping out food and you guys just sit there twiddling your thumbs hoping business comes in. ... read more
Horrible service! We waited 15 mins after being seated to place our drink order. Our appetizers came a minute or two before the entrees. While we were there 2 other parties were seated and got up and walked out since no one ever came back to take their order. The restaurant was not even half full. We asked for a to go container and we're given one not large enough to take home the food so had to wait for another. At no time did they ever acknowledge or apologize for any of it. Not going back here again.

Walked into Applebees after Daytona 500 race....plenty of tables open, was told therebwould be a 15 min wait. After seeing 2 other parties be seated, and standing around as no one was hostessing looked and our party had been crossed thru. A girl named Micayla address all parties and stated it would be an hour. we had already been there 30 to 45 min. When I asked her her name, she said Micayla and tell so and so at corporate I said "hey". Very rude....will not go back.
Service sucks , when they brought my food out it looked as if they were sliding it all over the plate
The host Hayley was very nice and quick in seating me. And the servers are good. Don’t have to wait long for you order. The food is always good. I think only 1 time the food wasn’t good. But they were very helpful and took care of it.
Danielle is an amazing bar tender!!! Love her!
