Of all I've dined in this one in Oxford is the worst. 8 or 10 people walking around frowning the entire time. No smiles. Just like zombies. More interested in personal cell phones than customer service. Service is slow and food is definitely not up to par. I will never eat here again..ever
This is why we call this particular one "Crapplebee's".... The worst!
Came here for my birthday! Had to send food back. Then my steak was not done! Wasn't a good birthday dinner!

I've lived here for almost 10 years and I can't believe how bad Applebee's in Oxford has become I used to love their food !! My child's chicken fingers where so burnt they sent them back and the second time they where just as bad !! We all Got burgers they where all ok but the frys where so hard we couldn't eat them ... My mother in laws bacon was so burnt she didn't even want to try it !!! Hard as a rock !!! My husbands wings didn't even come until after everyone was done ... We had to take them to go...
