I remember why I don't go there now! They were the only thing opened besides McDonald's & Huddle House. McDonald's almost got us... if we hadn't received food when we did. It took us over an hour to get the appetizer combo for our meal. One couple behind us got up to leave because nobody acknowledged they'd even been seated. I told people standing in the door as we left that I hoped they weren't in a hurry. They left too. We sat a few minutes waiting on a check & to go box that I'd requested. Horrible. Waited 45 minutes after ordering for appetizers. Place was not close to full. A reminder of why I never go there anymore.

The server was polite but feel she should have been a little more on top of things. We had to ask for our silver ware, and refile our drinks. Better training needed

Ordered Carside-to-go for a specific time, an hour in advance. Just the Classic Burger (pink) and fries. I waited 25 minutes and ended up having to call the restaurant to get someone to bring me my food. Once I finally got it, I looked inside and it was a plain patty (no lettuce, onion, tomato, or pickle as it is supposed to come with) and charred. The fries were understandably cold and soggy. I'd say don't bother using that service as this is the second time I've had to wait 20+ minutes.

Server was great but we had a problem with the food that came out of the kitchen. Shrimp was over cooked but very soggy so we asked the server to take it off our ticket. A manager believe her name was Ashley she only half listen to the complaint. We also told her the chicken was cold "grilled chicken" cold. Once again we had to ask the server to let her know about the chicken. The ribs were great but the French fries cold and hard. Damn is there not a microwave in the kitchen to make it appear the food was hot and just cooke... read more

Poor service. I used to love eating here, talked my boyfriend into going for his first time we waited a hour and didn't even get asked what we'd like to drink! We even called the hostess who seated us over. They weren't busy either. When we finally meet the waiter he was so furious we asked to pay for our game and leave. He didn't apologize for over passing us several times. He called the manager as well and they tried offering us to come back after we waited a hour just for nothing.
