The bad reviews here out number the good with just cause. I have eaten at many other Applebee's and always found the food consistent and service great. NOT AT APPLEBEE'S JERSEY CITY. I too have had the rude service when trying to order curbside pick up. The forever hold with disconnect. The staff that just kinda hangs out and ignores customers when you TRY to dine there. .Does Applebee's corporate know how bad the Jersey City location is? The other locations have very courteous stall and prepare good food. Not here.
Saturday was my wife's birthday and I took her out to Applebee's. What a terrible mistake that turned out to be! The host sat us at a table that the waitress was off on break. When someone finally notice, 20 minutes had passed. The person that brought over the drinks spilled it over on the table and did not clean it properly. I had to get up and get napkins and clean it myself. My childrens food came out ahead of my wife's and I.
