Our association had trouble with this company . Our attorney did some research , following is a list of seven companies Ray C Applebaum uses to trick people . abc precise asphalt inc / all florida sealcoat inc / all dade driveway maint . co. / adel construction company inc / driveway maintenance inc. / aaa driveway maintenance inc / applebaum and associates south Please be careful if you choose these companies for a bid.
Raymond Applebaum also owns ABC Precise Asphalt Maintenance Inc. it's registerd at 599 Farvilla Road in Orlando with his nephew Don Fairman as a registerd agent. The only reason why he has all these companies that do the same type of wok is to price fix.
This company "price fixes". After a sales person meets with you your fax machine and email will be flooded with four proposals from the same company. All these companies are owned by Raymond Appelbaum and they are held under a umbrella company.
