The community looks amazing and a friend of mine doesn't even live there and they helped her out when she received foster kids with diapers,clothes,baby food a lot of helpful donations because her friend does live there and was talking to the office staff about what happened so they posted it on their Facebook page and have been getting donations. I think the manager and assistant manager are great!!!
The manager is a drunk, lies to you. Is a fraud. Her son is an arsonist, the park is run down no maintenance. People got sick from the dirty pool water. Fences falling apart, very small lots, high rent, and doesn't communicate with you unless it's a complaint. The storm shelters are not maintained and have standing dirty water and debris. The park is full of skunks, rats, and various other wild animals. The neighborhood is loud, partying all night, and leaving trash and beer bottles lying around. This link stated I could get the cost of a one bedroom apartment yet it does not in any way give apartment rates. I have tried several other links also to no avail. All they show is three pictures (not of apartments) and give a phone number. I for prefer to look at the price first and amenities before wasting their time and mine.
I want to again say how wonderful the staff at Apple Village is, in the recent snow storm they gave my mother a ride to the grocery store , helped get my baby sister to school, gave my family presents and food at Christmas , and helped find them assistance with building safe decks on their home. i have seen a lot of great things here and I just want to say Thank you!!!!!!!
I have family that lives in Apple Village and recently visited this community. They were having a ornament making party for the kids and the manager their helped my brother find employment to help out my family. they also have a great looking community and if I lived in Oklahoma I would live in Apple Village I am so grateful for the help they gave my family at Thanksgiving as well.
Older Mobile Homes's and grounds are not maintained at all. Fences have fallen down empty lots go months without being mowed. Hopefully it will change soon.
