We have lived at Apple Villa for 2 years and love it here..Its a great place to live. Its quite, the staff is always helpful, there has been a lot of new renovations that have been made..the swimming pool is a nice place no hang out in the summer or at the playground with the kids which includes a basketball court and picnic area..very close to the school as well..recommend anyone to check out Apple Villa if you are looking for a new place to call home

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE 👍🏻. The apartment manager Jennifer is amazing. I had been looking for 3 months for a place!!! No one would rent to me bc of my credit, which is total bull 💩 but Jennifer was able to work something out for me. Apple Villa is a quiet and pet friendly place. The apartments are perfect if you ask me. They have been recently updated and it’s a good size of living space. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am hopefully soon to be moving in to these beautiful apartments. From my experiences already the staff is great as well as the community and the apartments. Definitely recommend!
Great and quiet place to live. Very convenient to The Pinnacle and to Johnson City. They’ve done a lot of work on the property and the apartments are adorable inside! The new manager, Jennifer has really cleaned the place up! It’s very affordable and you can’t beat the price for the location and apartment features. 💯
