Our septic alarm went off twice. Concerned, so requested recommendations from friends. Three said Apple Valley Pumping! The company was quick to respond. Greg walked thru the system, explained it in terms I could understand. He talked to me, not at me. Between my questions and his answers, we arrived at what could have happened. We are good, but I know how to check monitor if it happens again so I can explain in my call. Thank you, Greg. You will be my first call on all things septic.

We called to make an appointment to have our septic pumped at the time it wasn’t an emergency. I called back a few minutes later because we realized it was starting to leak. They had someone out with in a few hours to take care of us!

Can't say enough about how awesome the service was from the call center to on the job site! Went over the top to help in a stressful situation! We had a "septic" emergency at our house in Manson and couldn't get any of our local pump companies to respond. A friend recommended Apple Valley Pumping in Wenatchee and out of desperation I called them. Within 3 hours they had a pump truck in our driveway! Unbelievable response from them, and Mike did a professional job from start to finish. I highly recommend Apple Valley Pumping!
