Ok prices for the rental. But left the porta potty full for 2 weeks. No discounts; I was just told sorry—terrible customer service. You try to potty in a 2-week-old porta-potty in the heat.

I live where a business is also home and for nearly two months our plumbing has been down waiting to be fixed. So the company sent out for a port a potty out here. And I can honestly say your service is the worst you are supposed to come out once a week to empty and change it and you claim you cannot you can’t because of access well I call the largest BS EVER!!!!!! One way you could access is blocked for needed supplies to be brought out for our plumbing but there is another way to access the can but it’s obvious your driver... read more

There is never a good time for a septic system issue, but ours came at the worst imaginable time. I called after hours on a Friday and was quite relieved to have my call answered. I was instantly reassured that our issue would be addressed first thing in the morning, on a Saturday! I received a message when the driver was on his way. The issue was resolved and I was given some suggestions for preventive maintenance.
