iv never been 10 minutes early to a dr appointment and still made to wait a half hour after my appointment just to be taking to a room my son had a apt. at 2 got there at 150 wasnt taken back untill 230 needless to say after the 30 minute wait got to the room and it was another 40 minute wait finally got out at 340....changing doctors for sure

Great service from front desk to Patient room. The people are so friendly and will fit you in no matter what. The Dr. Listened and asked questions. The nurses are wonderful with children and patient. I am so thankful I was referred to this office. Martinsburg still has one good thing about it.
My first visit with this office and everything went great. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations.
Let me start with that the doctors are great, they really are, but... im very frustrated with the staff specifically the receptionist. They do not know what they are doing. They do not know how to do billing, scheduling and they feed false medical information. All of this is from experience i do not recommend this office at all. Ive spent countless hours going back and forth on the phone with them, that is if they ever answered correcting any errors of course on there part.
