Woke up this morning to sub-zero temp outside and a chilly house, as we discovered the furnace wasn’t working. Did a Google search for a repair person near us and ended up with Tim. He was at our house within the hour. He was fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly and seemed incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. It ended up being a very inexpensive repair bill this time (fortunately), but he gave us possible repair scenarios for what could happen in the future, since our furnace is so old.
