The staff is always friendly, kind and concerned with me as an individual, not just my dental health. I have been visiting Apple Valley Dental for over 10 years and, despite my anxiety about dental work, (I had poor dental hygiene as a youth!) Dr. Kim has always been gentle and understanding. My favorite dentist by far!
There customer service is excellent.
Unfortunately I feel like I was being sold a car when I went into the office. I came to get my teeth deep cleaned. That turned into consultation for other things that weren’t medically necessary. My deep cleaning that I typically get down the hill in Monrovia covered with my dental plan was being charged $400 although we confirmed that we were covered by MetLife before visiting the office. Sure the dentist is great, never actually got to see him when I went in, he popped his head in and his assistants checked my teeth.
Wonderful and friendly staff. They are quick and don’t push anything. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. They make going to the dentist enjoyable!
