Someone ran into my car again at Sam's parking lot. I had used Precision Collision before and I immediately chose them this time. I am definitely super pleased with their service. Car looks wonderful! Service was professional, timely, and they called me, to keep me informed every step of the way. Just picked my car up. I'm amazed; my car is vacuumed and detail cleaned inside. Moving to Alaska made me truly grateful for the things I took for granted In the lower 48. One of those things being customer service, which I’ve mostly experienced poor quality of. Fix auto since day 1 has been my go to place for car repairs and I wish there was one in my home town. They work with my flexible schedule and they’re always eager to find solutions to my problems.
Selected Classic Collision in as my auto repair shop after recent fender bender. I've used Classic before and the service pretty good. But this time I will not recommend this facility anymore. Let certain precautions be set in place for future customers. Pre inspected with all your customers of all electrical equipment like windows switches and keyless entrance devices before leaving vehicle at your facility. The Classic Collision in Kennesaw provide me with excellent service. I trusted them with my Benz E-Class 350 Convertible. I was hit in the rear. The rear of my car looks awesome! My representative was Donni Hernandez. He was very professional and address all my concerns. He provide high quality repair work and ensure me I would be satisfied. If I need collision work done in the future I will go back to see Donni!
THERE'S NO RATING FOR THIS I COULDN'T FIND -STAR.... I TOOK MY 2014 LS460 TO THEM TWICE TO FIX THE TRUNK THEY MESSED UP AFTER A SMALL ACCIDENT... ACTUALLY IT WAS MINOR INJURE TO THE BUMPER...AND WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK THE TRUNK STARTED LEAKING..... TOOK MY 2014 LS 460 THERE TRUNK WASN'T LEAKING BEFORE THEY ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT, NOW IT LEAKS EVEN WORSE AFTER THEY SAY THEY FIXED IT. THE REAR END LOOKED BETTER WHEN IT HAD SMALL DAMAGE AND IT DIDN'T LEAK WITH THE DAMAGE.... I had my glass replaced, my windshield in my 2017 spider. had a appointment, at 3PM I got a call, they gave a BS story that they cracked not one but all three Bezels that surround the windshield. Oh and then was told "Oh we'll repaint them to match. HA, I that was a Friday, I picked my car on Monday, windshield installed. The OEM bezels were not cracked, were not replaced, the 3M clear bra that's on them has the same defect one one of them as before. My point, They lie.
