Many years ago I had a Dodge truck that they repaired and painted a damaged drivers door and a month later I washed it at the car wash and when spraying off the soap with the spray wand, the clear coat came off like a big sheet of clear plastic. I took it back and they said i shouldn't have washed it that soon which they never told me not to wash it even a month later. They wouldn't do anything about it after I payed them over 500 dollars. Don't go to this place because they don't stand behind their sub standard work!

Classic of Collision of Kennesaw GA did an amazing job for us. Jake Baker, our Service Advisor, did better than what he originally promised us. We were given an estimate date of completion of our repairs within 30 days, instead our vehicle was ready for pickup in 6 days. It's so rare these days to find a business who sincerely cares about their customers and the job they do. Disgusting experience with this body shop to a point they are a complete joke of a business. After rejecting their work on my vehicle three times, State Farm assessed the vehicle in person and were shocked at the poor quality of the repairs. They referred me to a more upscale body shop, which repaired my vehicle to my complete satisfaction on the first attempt. Less than 7 months after they replaced a bumper and painted the new bumper and fixed and painted the passenger door the paint is coming off or completely bubbling. This is only the case in the two areas that they painted and fixed. The entire front passenger side looks like absolute crap and I'm now needing to find a reputable place to get the paint fixed. Would not recommend for anything that needs paint as they do not know how to work with paint nor will it last for even a few months.

I would have to say, not off to a great start, I dropped my car off yesterday Morning at 9 am, was told would only take a day to complete, here we ae 12:30 pm day 2, I call to get an ETA, they dont reach out to me! to get an ETA, to only be told it hasn't been assigned yet, and as soon as its assigned they will let me know!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Collision work was completed within a couple of days of estimated time. They called and said my truck was ready to go. Upon inspecting it it was noted that the trim work around the wheel opening was not replaced. Customer service indicated it was on order and they would call me when it arrived and they would install it while i waited. I waited a couple of weeks and emailed them. I will never take my car to this place ever again. Things were not done correctly and I had to take my car to another shop to have them fix it. I'm glad that they made Classic Collision pay for the repairs.
