We love Apple Valley Animal Hospital, they take such good care of our Chocolate Lab “Gracie Mae”. She loves going there and visiting everybody!The whole group is a loving and compassionate staff, and it shows with the positive reinforcements in dealing with Gracie. When a dog gets excited about going to the Vet, you know you’ve found a winner!
Today while on vacation at Lake Lure for the holiday weekend, I was in need of an emergency vet and this was the first internet hit. Turns out, they’re not technically an “emergency” vet, BUT they were so gracious and kind to work me in QUICKLY to deal with my dog’s medical issue. The staff and vet were so amazing with my dog, taking time to give her treats and earn her trust so that the experience would not be traumatic for her when they had to treat her.
