Dr. Norma and her wonderful staff are amazing. They are kind and caring and take wonderful care of our fur babies. They offer sympathy and support when we have had to make the difficult decisions pet owners have to make. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good vet that cares.

They were great when my service dog got sick and no one else would see me the same day. Every person we met was very nice and seemed to really care about the animals.
I spent17 yrs in retail and never have I disrespected a customer as much as I was today. I had 2 cats spayed and left my paper work from spray/ neuter program in my car. So I paid full price. I went back the next day to Apple Tree to try and make it right. Dr Hough immediately took the offensive and would not let me finish with an explanation. Dr Hough walked away from me in mid sentence.
