Dr Norma has been taking excellent care of our pets for many years.
RecommendedI have been here twice and have loved every minute of it. They were caring, compassionate and loving when we had to put our dog down and very flexible and loving with our new fur baby. The staff is very helpful. Even when we showed up a week early for our appointment (I wrote the wrong date on our calendar), they were able to fit us in so we wouldn't have to make another trip out. Very accommodating and very great treatment for our new addition. Kudos to you and your staff!!!!
my pets did receive acceptable care at apple tree but Norma's "bedside manner" leaves a lot to be desired. her permanent staff are ok but the constant turnover of counter help has led to billing problems. using high school students may be cheaper but has an undesirable affect in general. the last straw was a "double billing" error created by an obviously untrained young lady that did not know how to run a credit card through their card reader. this led to a disputed charge and a " from now on only cash will be accepted" poli... read more
If I didn't have such a healthy dog, I would most definitely take him or her to Norma! I LOVE her! She tells it like it is! (I'm the emotional one and she just deals)...If she wants a second opinion she will recommend another vet for specific surgery. Right now, I have a young and healthy dog. But I swear I will be back! You're a good vet, Norma!

I recommend apple tree animal clinic, they took very good care of my cat locky during the time I had him. I plan to bring all my fur babies there, well worth the drive!
I love this animal clinic! The staff treat my babies (2 spoiled dogs) like their own pets! My dogs love going to the vet office! I am always greeted when I walk in the door and immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Norma takes time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions, she also provides excellent recommendations and I have *never* gotten the feeling that they are running unnecessary tests or procedures.
