Upon arrival before even explaining our situation James greeted us with a kind smile and from that point on I knew we were in good hands. James knew we were 7hrs from home and he helped fix our problem in under 2hrs, updating us all along the way. Amazing service
arrived into town for the first ever visiting Asheville with a strange sound coming from the car. stopped into the dealership and James and his team went above and beyond to get us fixed up and on the road again! thanks for everything and a great experience!

Gotta see Ed when you go! He’s sold me two Honda pilots (even though he works at Acura) & also sold my sister in law her Acura and I plan to stay with the pilot I’m in now. He always makes himself available and eager to work out the best deal! Can’t beat a salesman like that.

MY husband and I have owned Acuras since 1998 and one reason we keep coming back is because of the service. Recently I had a noise coming from under my 2017 MDX. I went straight to the service department and they removed a rock from one of my wheels. While there they did the inspection and washed and cleaned out my car. Nothing spectacular but just the kind of service I always receive. There was no charge and was out of there in under 45 minutes.
