The customer facing Service Advisers and Service Manager are a joke. Very condescending and if you have a issue that more than likely can be fixed by a known TSB all you get is pushback. I have a 2019 RDX that had totally lost power in the rain on the highway at 70mph 2 times in the past 9 months. Very dangerous thing to happen in traffic.
