Excellent parts team at Apple Subaru, always there to help me and they remember my car and info every-time i show up, have gone the extra mile a few times to acquire parts that are on backorder for me to keep me on the road.
Great experience with the parts department! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly!
Parts manager made sure I had everything I needed, even double checked I had the right coolant (apparently there's a few types), and seemed very capable. We even joked about how "Subaru" sounds like "Scooby Doo" and I thanked her for "solving the mystery" behind my vehicle problems. If they can put up with my humor they're clearly top notch! A great group of parts pros!
Very knowledgeable parts staff helped me find what I needed to complete my repair. Parts arrived the next day and had my Subaru running well again.
