Words cannot express how grateful we are for our experience with Apple Speech but more specifically with our therapist. My son started working with her when he was just 1.5 years old, and she has been nothing short of extraordinary. Keeping a hypperactive toddler focused is no easy feat, but MaryJane made it look effortless. I had an in person session at the office, the waiting room was simple and the lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. I was quickly greeted by my sons therapist who escorted me and my son to the room, the room was pretty big with a rug on the floor and toys already set up and ready, i had no issues with the therapist she was always engaging with my son and my son would even start getting excited to see her(before he would throw tantrums whenever we had to get ready to go for a session)
If you’re a new parent looking for services for your child do yourself a favor and skip this office. They are extremely unprofessional, the front office gives you the run around, they do not show up for the scheduled session time, or cancel 15 minutes before the session is suppose to start. They do this even though their own polices and procedures state canceling 30 minutes before a session will result in a “no show” which can then get you removed from the service.
They are very patient and understanding, The therapy is really working. Before my son started he only could say some words and now he is talking a lot in just a few sessions, he feels comfortable and is always excited to go there, I'm very thankful for the help they gave to my family ♥️
Extremely professional. Speech therapist came to my home and spent most of the time on her phone. She also seemed more interested in gossiping and chit chatting as opposed to doing her actual job. Very impatient and seemed overwhelmed with my child. They also canceled last minute without informing me. They literally just didn't show up. Find a more reputable company.
