So bad experience, for a question you need to check in and the waiting time is 3 hours or more... Just for a question!!!
Staff is always super helpful and friendly.
Every time I go, I always get my problem addressed and get treated great by the staff despite the fact they are always so swamped!

The worst smelling Apple store. For years, too.
I've never once had to wait for my appointment with the Genius Bar and they're always so helpful even when I'm clueless
