Great store
Dropped off MacBook Pro for a defective screen. Agent said 5-7 business days to repair. Apple sent it to Cali. on Wednesday, fixed it, & overnighted it back with Saturday delivery. Total of 3 days!
Friendly staff and everything you expect at an Apple store
inefficient and mismanaged. NYC store is 100x busier but friendlier and faster. no chargers for customers while you wait over 40 minutes and your iPhone dies... not good for the Apple image 👎
Make an appointment! You can do this from your iPhone. Show up a little early. Be honest about accidental damages. Don't act entitled.
