I had the worst experience at apple storage niagara falls, I went to get something from storage my key wasn’t working on the lock I put on there, so I called the office. They said they didn’t change my lock but they can come and cut it off and replace it, they went ahead and cut my lock off without my present being there. When I went to check my storage all my valuable things were gone and my storage was trash all my belonging was on the floor, they said the camera weren’t working and the insurance won’t replace them. We have been storing our extra gear and family belongings with apple storage for 3 months now . The customer service Kory has been very helpful and friendly always addressing anything we need . Great safe and clean area to store all your things . Very organized! We can’t thank you guys enough !
