Exceptional customer service at Apple Storage. Kory guided me through the rental process and helped me with all aspects of the transaction. As a senior with no previous experience renting a storage unit he took care of everything for me. Would highly recommend this business to anyone needing storage.
Never go here if your things are stolen they and the insurance company will call it a mysterious disapperance and nothing will be covered don't waste your money find somewhere else
I just rolled into town and urgently needed storage late on a Friday afternoon. A quick phone call, a brief exchange, a transaction, and I was all set within minutes. At the facility, there was an issue with the entry code. The office was by then closed. Another quick call, and within minutes I had a regional manager on the phone, who talked me through getting into the facility and to my locker. Safe, satisfactory facility; off-the-hook customer service. Can't recommend it enough.
The people are amazing. Was very helpful, didn’t really know what size to get and Cory show us a couple which was nice.
