Most of the staff at this location are friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with one staff member, Jeff, was quite different. I found him to be impatient and dismissive during our interactions, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. Customer service is a key part of any business, and I felt that my concerns were not handled with the level of professionalism I would expect. Convenient location to put unwanted or outdated items. Thank you for having a nice place to keep my stuff.
Although the ladies in the office were fabulous and very helpful, the actual building itself is run down.The fact that there are only two loading bays and they don't regulate who stays parked for how long it's next to impossible to get in and it's a first come for serve situation. Horrible horrible loading experience.
