I’ve had a small unit with Apple self storage since January 2026. I was in a bind and literally picked the first place that popped up on google. They were able to get me a unit super quick (literally same day)! I’ve never had any issues with security or weirdos loitering around the lot, even when I was there by myself in the evenings. They recently switched to a new system for payments and even though they contacted me to update my card, I forgot and it was my own fault, they didn’t charge me any late fees or anything. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience 100% deserves it. I went to Apple Self Storage (Intercity office) and was honestly blown away. Silvio went above and beyond in a way you just don’t see anymore. From the moment I walked in, he made everything smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable—which is wild considering moving/storage is usually the opposite of that. Customer service experience was great Silvio.V helped me out with getting a storage for the time I had requested, provided a great deal and responded timely to my inquiries.
Pam was amazing from the very beginning. She was so kind and welcoming. I had many questions, and she answered them thoughtfully and respectfully. I’m very grateful for her help.
