I saw their boxes being used at my friend's dorm and I decided to call them to find out if they had availability. Good thing I did cause I needed the space. They had all kinds of sizes , small, medium, large units. They're the only storage company in Guelph that offers students discounts and it's huge! It really helped me out cause even without the discount id be paying less than other storage companies I've called. They're clean, climate controlled, quiet and modern. Top tier site staff and facility. What I like most about Ross and Henry, is how transparent they were with me and many other University of Guelph Students needing a place to store their stuff. They showed me exactly where my unit was, loading bay, how to access the facility and they even have a boardroom. My friends are going to take advantage of for school projects and team meetings. They're so close to res too. Less than 5 minutes away.
First time using a storage service and it was a very positive experience. Communication skills were excellent before my visit and I was greeted warmly by Michael and Ross when I arrived. The building is very clean and well lit. Ross took the time to explain every part of the process, including how to use the lock. The rates are great! I feel very confident in accessing my storage unit independently.
Ross was a great help in getting me set up! Would definitely recommend checking this place out for any storage needs
