Holly at Bowmanville location is amazing, very helpful and pleasant. If there was an award for employee of the month/ year, Holly should get it. Highly recommend.
The Bad: After a month of being in this propeety there were a couple technical issues that occured. Automatic doors that dont respond, failing security systems, car garage doors that dont open and close automatically so you have to get out of your car, open the door and press the car gate door and then get back in your car and park inside.....its a bit tedious. 4/5 for the amount of inconveniences ive experienced in the last month. Kind, easy, affordable, no nonsense, and easy online booking. A Leaside competitor, SmartStop Self Storage, raises its prices every few months. Hopefully Apple Self Storage is not like this, but we shall see. Otherwise, great experience so far.

We've been storing some personal effects here for almost a year and the service has been incredible. Jerry was super prompt and helpful getting our storage locker set up and the facilities are immaculate and well-secured. Overall an excellent experience!
