Edited Updated Review. I've been doing business here with this location for 2 years and have several issues with their electronic communication. They text and call several times for payment reminders. When payment is made on time on time they still send out a payment is due. If your rent is due on the first, they'll send you another email first thing in the morning on the due date with a follow up email an hour later informing you of a fee warning . Literally couldn’t say nicer things about a storage unit - the folks who work here are the most genuine and caring ladies. It’s always a pleasure to see them for a chat. My unit is shared with my mom and my partner, and we’ve annoyingly changed who the unit is registered to at least 15 times. They have never once complained, been rude, nothing. Thank you for all your help. I like them so much I would consider keeping the unit even if it was empty

I had a reservation with a promotional rate that, unfortunately, wasn't showing up in the system when I arrived. It was definitely frustrating at first, but Alisha went above and beyond to help. She took the time to understand the situation, did everything she could to honor the rate I had originally been given, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution. Outstanding customer service—thank you, Alisha!
