Extremely understanding and flexible (I dealt with Abdul). Can't say enough about how accommodating they were with me when I was in a difficult spot and had to change plans.
Carol and Abdul were always super helpful and competent operators when I was renting a unit. Highly recommend using Apple storage and if I need a unit again I'll be back.
Carol and Abdul at Apple Self Storage were a pleasure to work with. I had to switch storage units to a smaller one and Carol took the time to show me in person the available options. They were both very patient with me over the phone as I was hastily looking for a unit, answering all my questions and helping in any way they could. We were lucky to find Apple Storage during a home disaster. The process was straightforward to register, and we appreciated having accessible storage near our house. Clean, bright, dollies are available, easy access, and great customer service. We needed a storage unit quickly due to a flood in our home and Apple Storage was really responsive and provided us with a unit that same day. Definitely recommend.
