Apple is contracted with Traveler's to inspect my roof as agreed & now Apple has wasted time & is unwilling to send the inspection report to the insurance, it's been 8 days since they were here. In addition to that, they no-call no-showed the day they were originally scheduled to come out.

Company uses old materials (rusted box vents) and installed drip edge backwards. Had to have another contractor come out to fix the job after they left. Not local to Wichita. Run far away and find someone local and reputable.

I have experienced a leak in the roof, I requested a repair which took over a month to have someone respond. My initial rep responded and said they would work on sending someone out. I returned home to find a crew on the roof with no call or notice they were coming, only to see them working on an area that was no where near the leak? I showed them the ceiling inside with the water marks and they went back up to locate the leak. They showed me an area that had no tar, paper or covering to include protect under the shingles. Jason is so easy to work with he helped me through it all and the guys was amazing that did the roof and siding having nothing bad to say about them all the trouble we are going through it get them paid and he still amazing to deal with I would tell everyone that needs a roof or siding to call Jason he's the best thank you so much and your patience dealing with it all
