Honestly very disappointed in this company overall, I would give 0 stars if I could. Heck maybe even give them a -5 stars. Not only was I very unsatisfied with the job, but management was very rude and unprofessional with how they handled their business. Don’t even get me started on the quote price, outrageous! You would honestly be better off going on your roof yourself with some duct tape and cardboard. You guys need to do better and maybe consider a huge management change. I am happy with my new roof and the customer service. I had issues with something leaking and someone came out immediately to fix the problem.
First and foremost., my insurance company recommended Apple Roofing. If you have a flat roof I strongly recommend you DO NOT HIRE APPLE ROOFING. I have nail pops throughout my house. It will cost me close to $2,500.00 to repair. Apple contract clearly states that they are not responsible for nail pops. I had my roof replaced 12 years ago by a local company and NO NAIL POPS. Absolutely horrible! Had my roof done back September. Lack of communication on the project on times, dates and what they could do and couldn’t. Roof started to leak on first storm. Had water damage inside and told them about it and have never heard anything back from Tony or other representatives. Calls and text never answered. Classic dine and dash company. Very upset with whole process with them. Plus, the crew didn’t know any English, when it came to the issues. Horrible customer service!!!!
