Lived here from 2011 to 2014 conveniently located a short drive from Syracuse and Cortland, but in a quiet rural area. Nice apartments, very helpful and friendly maintenance staff. Laundry not in unit but in your building, coinop, very convenient. Porch/patio, little garden area if you're ground floor. Loved living here.

Awesome place to live, rent is totally worth the price, it's quiet, friendly people, and alot of space to do things, also only apt complex I've heard of that accepts any dog breed which is awesome !!! Love it here
We moved here in December. We love our apartment! Conveniently located and very pretty area. Pet friendly, which was a must for us!! Nice and quiet.
