I had Apple come out to fix a problem a previous company failed to correctly fix. Josh came out and immediately and correctly diagnosed the issue, ensured the part needing replacing was under warranty and got it ordered. Josh, Brooke, and Garrett came out a week later after the part arrived to install it and ensure the system was working properly. Everything is now running beautifully.
