Jack Bauer was great to work with. Purchase experience was efficient and easy.
Would not buy any vehicles feom this or any other Ciocca dealer. They have no sense of what good customer service is nor do they care to offer assistance when stranded. My sister has a not even three month old purchase, car wouldn't stray so she was stranded and was told "I don't know what to tell you" and "just get it here" when she has a warranty and towing coverage. I and my husband had to take time out of our day to tow her car for her, when the dealership could have towed it and had it fixed. Will never set foot on Cioc... read more

I recently purchased a 2025 Nissan Z from Mark Winters and the sales team. I bought a vehicle from them less than 3 months ago and also got the warranty that was offered on the vehicle. I took my car in about a month after buying the car due to a auto stop malfunction. I was told they didn't see anything wrong with the feature when they drove the car. Earlier this week, I drove the car to work and the car would not start.
