With a draft in hand from NFCU, Nicholas "Nick" Smith, one of the Finance Managers, still wanted to spew lie after lie. In an attempt to get more money for an extended warranty because it was his claim that the three year warranty that was included in the vehicle only covers three parts. That is a lie!
