I've been going to Apple Nails and Spa for years and today was one of the worst experiences I've recieved😞 Not that they care because that's what they basically said to me as I waited over half hour time from when I was originally scheduled without any consideration as to when I spoke with them on a time they thought I'd be able to enter the store(as I am fully aware of our circumstances right now) and an allotment for not your "normal" experience due to covid however the lack of, perfesionalism from the front desk was dist... read more

I used to come here years ago and quit getting my nails done but just started back again 4 months ago. it seems like when I ask for what I want I get an attitude. Mostly from a certain male. This has happened twice now. Most recently, today. I just stopped in to get a nail fixed. I needed black shellac with a matte finish, which is what he did. RecommendedLove love love Ethan! I had a bad experience with dip and he talked me in to doing it again, and I’m so happy he did. He paid close attention to detail and made sure I was happy with everything! Definitely recommend Ethan and all the staff at Apple! They are great 😁
