Very professional service. Highly recommend making an online appointment if you’re pressed for time. They’re very efficient and excellent customer service.

iPhone 11 was stuck in bootloop/restore mode. Two reps at this Genius Bar said to get a new phone (after using methods I told them I tried prior to coming). My 17yo nonrepairman bf fixed it in a day.
Soooooo much better now that the store has expanded.
