Nigel is amazing, extremely professional and kind. Fabulous service. After dropping my phone into the toilet, I tried drying it over night, hoping it would recover but in the morning the screen was black. First thought was going to an Apple Store. I made an appointment with Genius Bar at Apple Worldcentre online, still had to wait half an hour upon arrival at the store when I finally was called by a technician.
