I have now been on the phone for FOUR HOURS trying to resolve a charge on my credit card for $370 from the apple store. I have done the apple trade in program for 5 years now. I go in, turn in my old phone, they put it in an envelope in front of me, and that’s that. I believe an employee stole the phone this time, bc apple claims they never received it and felt free to charge me $370. I would understand if a simple mistake had been made. Poor management, poor communication, and poor customer service! Never going back to this location.
Mary Keith was awesome manager she gave me new iPhone with current one crashed and is the nicest person! I had awful experiences with staff at Las Vegas Apple store at Fashion Show Mall and Portland Oregon/Tigard stores so what a breath of fresh air!! Bravo!
Absolutely the greatest support ever ‼️ Always ‼️ I’m a tech cro-magnon. What I wanted to fix with a sledgehammer they get done in no time and are so pleasant and understanding with me.
I needed a new battery for my iPhone X. I went to the Apple Store and they had none in stock. We had to order one. We waited three days for it to come in. We went back to the Apple Store but were too late as the battery was returned to stock. Now we have to make yet another appointment to order the battery again! Why not keep extra batteries on hand?
